A unique exhibition of its kind. The construction of a common language for communication assembling works of different artists in an installation conceived as a form of narrative. Each painting becomes a symbol, totem, and joining other paintings, creates new syntax unpublished. The apparent randomness of the composition stimulates alternative readings and the alternation of styles attractive to visitors disparate interpretations making them part of a "performance" collective soaking in a bath of color. New ways to bring art, new canons of benefiting from them. This is the second stage of the project "TOTEMart", following the successful edition of July in two prestigious galleries in the historic center of Rome.
The place and time of the event:
8 to 15 September, opening Saturday 8 to 18:00, the "Augustinian Cloister," in the Museum of Bracciano is a portico of the '500 with a wonderful well in the center. It is located on the road leading to the famous and picturesque castle. A beautiful and successful setting for "totem". The opening event will be accompanied by an exhibition of the musical group Adripetra Sax Quartet.
From September 17 to 21 at the "Sala Consliare" The Municipality of Rome Historical City Center, which is a space within a building on Via della Greca, ward Ripa, behind the Mouth of Truth. For some years now has been arranged and prepared an exhibition hall and has hosted important exhibitions of Italian and foreign artists.
The exhibition is sponsored by the City Hall The Rome Historical City Center and the Culture of the Municipality of Bracciano.
The opening event will be accompanied by an exhibition of the musical group Adripetra Sax Quartet.
