They are small snippets of contemporary, the designs of Giulio Cesare Matusali, where the apparent simplicity, the everyday materials - cardboard, ink - responds to the urgency of a gesture that immediately reveals a deep, sensitive perception of reality.
Almost a horror vacui that reflects modern life, crowded, crowded, confusing - a lucid analysis transposed on paper, in which the characters and cities make signs, hugging the contours of the sheet as restricted in overcrowded cities in search of your living space. Signs meticulous and tiny as a code in which the author holds the key, colors are flashes of light: the result is a divertissement from the vibrant tones and treble behind which lie the great questions.
