I'm interested to take casual scenes and add a iconic gesture, combining old masters layered oil technic and contemporary vision.

The identity of contemporary man in the era of cultural globalization, technological revolution and biological distortion. In Mirror, we're able to see every defining attribute of a woman's visage through a pair of hands that are placed over the subject's face, attempting to cloak her physical identity. However, there is no way for this young woman to conceal herself. It is reflective of internet culture in the world we live in, today, where it continually becomes exceedingly difficult to reach any level of anonymity.

I have a narrow and long Corridor in my studio, so wanted to do a "corridor paintings", where we can watch them from the side to see the image with the "right" angle. (look the next image)
