ENZO PIROZZI

Enzo Pirozzi was born in Salerno in 1965
Cultivate a passion for art as a teenager.
Paralel two passions, music and painting!


It begins as a musician, studying piano and guitar and played in groups who experience ethnic and Mediterranean music. Alternates so the music to painting.
The first art work on glass and ceramics inspired by the themes of tradition and the Amalfi coast at Vietri sul mare attended a ceramics workshop where he meets and learns from local masters.


In 2000 he travels to Africa and settled in Côte d'Ivoire in West Africa where his love for music and painting are enriched with ethnic elements. The Africa becomes a source of encouragement and inspiration. X Collabbora a long time with local artists, learn the techniques of African painting, the use of natural pigments and batik (wax on cotton).


When he returned to Italy is drawn from Tuscany, a region where nature and style of life, stimulate creativity 'and manages to evoke in his painting themes and warmth of the land left by using warm colors and a style and feel almost' primitive 'which draws 'ethnic art.


His works have been appreciated by critics and art lovers but also by ordinary people 'cause they can cominucare evoke emotions in colors and themes of a distant world that fascinates and thrills.
