Cristina Cherchi was born in 1972, in Salò Bs, Italy. She lives in Marone, Bs, Italy.
She has a degree in visual art to Academy fine art in Bergamo in 1995 and She receveid the engraving prize “Giorgio Maffeis Milesi”. In 1998 She has taken at the TAM course in Pietrarubbia care of Eliseo Mattiacci and She achieved to specialize in metal sculptor
and she has taken in the work shop in Arnaldo Pomodoro studio in Milano. Her work draw one’s inspiration from poetic and ironic use the materials that come from recycling.
