Nasser Lubay was born in Candelaria, Quezon, Philippines. He is a self-taught contemporary artist. His artwork "Save the Green" was shortlisted for the "1000+7 Designs", an international graphic design for the 2009 World Eco Bag Exhibition in Malaysia. His watercolor painting, "Rebirth" won 2nd place honors at the Celeste Prize 2009, an international competition for contemporary arts in Berlin, Germany. He is also one of the selected artists at the first major cross strait international art show, Animamix Biennial 2009-2010, Taiwan & China.
His works depicts on an emotion and/or life story of an individual or society and also are drawn out from the varying synchronous minds. Life for him is a psychedelia of abstract and fantasy.
