Nasser Lubay was born in Candelaria, Quezon, Philippines. He is a self-taught contemporary artist. His artwork "Save the Green" was shortlisted for "1000+7 Designs", an international graphic design for World Eco Bag Exhibition by BECOME - "Be an Eco Friend like me!" in Malaysia, 2009. His watercolor painting, "Rebirth" won the 2nd place honors in the Celeste Prize 2009, an international prize for contemporary arts in Berlin, Germany. He is also one of the invited artists in the first major cross strait international art exhibit, Animamix Biennial 2009-2010 showcasing today's new trend in global contemporary art scene in Taiwan & China

His works depicts on an emotion and/or life story of an individual or society which is drawn out from their varying synchronous minds. Life for him is a psychedelia of abstract and fantasy.
