German Dawn is an object installation based on three elements. The parked motorbike facing with its reflector the a pink cloudy picture on the sheet-glass. The round light reflets from the glass as a glowing electric sun on the kitschy plastic mornin sky. Added to this compilation the title – as the third element – gives an aspect and the meaning to work.
It turnes this illusory idyll to an ironical phrase explaining the obligate reason of the presence of this BMW motorbike, as one product of the german industry.
One more thing to explain: the title of the work is the correct translation of the meaning of the artis’s name.
