'Lightness & Gravity' showcases the Gallery’s contemporary collection in a series of thematic constellations. The display features a truly international selection of artists and a number of recent major acquisitions. The title points to a longstanding philosophical discussion of the fundamental character of life (and by extension art making) as weighty, meaningful and constrained by history, or as playful and arbitrary — and thereby free.
