Regulation
1) may participate in the exhibition all artists, both Italian and foreigners, who have completed 18 years of age,
for sections: photography, collage, visual arts / painting, drawing, installations, sculpture, fashion, art jeweler. The topic is free.
2) Participants must submit photos of their works (up to three works) by e-mail to
zonepassive@libero.it, attaching only one photo per e-mail before May 20th 2009
3) The Direction of the Center will choose one up to three, in its sole discretion
and shall
PUBLISH THEM ON THE WEBSITE www.ugobettionline.com
4) a committee composed of three persons, in its sole discretion, will select a symbolic artists who will receive
A SYMBOLIC PRIZE OF EURO 100
5) The weight must not exceed the following measures – pixel: longer side max 1000
6) The e-mail should contain the following items: section which they will partecipate; name; surname; phone / cell; title; technical and / or materials used; dimensions
7) The artist participation is completed upon receipt of contribution of Euro
10,00 (ten) for organizational costs, to be carried out on the postal account No. 41598400 made out to "Centro Internazionale Studi Ugo Betti". Copy of the receipt may be sent through fax or e-mail (Fax: 06.64.76.00.50 E-mail: zonepassive@libero.it
8) The exhibition is realized through the continuous projection of images on the screen
(2x3 meters) at the Teatro Betti in Rome.
9) The names of the participants, this Regulation and any news will be
published on the website of the “Center” (www.ugobettionline.com)
10) The Direction of the Center in its sole discretion reserves
a. the possibility to omit the publication of photos deemed unfit
b. the possibility of sending to the media one or more photos accordino to its sole discretion
11) Inside the Exhibition are forseen to take place "personal exhibitions" (up to 50 pictures); charge E.100.
12) Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these rules
13) The organizers are not entitled to the prize referred to in sub 4
