Forms of collecting - IV edition festival of Contemporary art

The festival of Contemporary art returns with its fourth edition, from 20 to 22 May in Faenza. The festival is promoted by Goodwill in collaboration with the International Museum of Ceramics. It is the first global event dedicated to the reflection and debate about the art of our time.

This year the theme chosen by the scientific board, comprised of Angela Vettese, Carlos Basualdo and Pier Luigi Sacco is Forms of collecting/ Forme della committenza.
The festival is an important opportunity to reflect, during these times of difficulty for contemporary art patronage in Italy, on the importance of creating new strategies and above all a new shared awareness.

During this edition great key figures of contemporary creativity will discuss on scenarios and perspectives of collecting in meetings, debates and conversations. The festival will give the floor to artists, critics, curators and international thinkers, representatives of museums, foundations, collections, biennials and fairs of other creative industries such as design and architecture from around the world.
