At the Galleria Obraz Via Lazzaro Palazzi, 8 in Milan from February 17, 2011 (from 18.30) at March 19, 2011 will be held the solo exhibition of Cristina Lefter entitled "Dripping nature".

17 works, medium and large size, will lead us in an imaginary world of seductive woods and undergrowth, skies and unreal nature constantly changing. And, as in nature, the eternal evolution of form and color, even in paintings by Cristina Lefter you plunge into a painting is always fresh and extraordinary beauty.

The artist, through the use of enamels and acrylics, once again, just a "Dripping nature" that, with the technical note "Pollock", highlight the texture of colors that are woven like threads are lost and are found in the harmony of same color.

"Without the colors we would die. At least all of us who live in the city ... we are certainly the saddest "- as Paul mentions Manazza curator of the exhibition -" What the hell is the color? The question is inevitable in the face of the square Lefter. Which seem to take the collar of his jacket and shoved up to throw to force our face in the midst of dense brush strokes of zinc or titanium white, lemon yellow, blue, indigo and red-purple or magenta. Severe impact. Almost shocking. A painting with a touch of hallucinogens - Manazza goes - "If you look closely at his paintings not only affect the color combination chosen from time to time, but even the thickness of the dough and brush strokes always nervous, he decided, caustic. Cristina's sweet and gentle soul with a background of violence and incazzatura say. Strength. A lot of strength. Sometimes it seems the female version of some later works Schifano. "It 's the density of its vibrations that move. In front of some of his work I got the feeling of being pushed. D'be slapped. Pollock are the flows between the foliage of the branches that caress the eyes of the violent explosions of color. " "The painting looks like a synthetic drug Lefter. Only instead of destroying the brain cells glow with a light stroke and sudden violence. Viva la painting! Forever "- Paul concludes Manazza.

With the exhibition "Dripping nature" Cristina Lefter, reworking the landscapes and symbols of his childhood fantasy umbilical cord with the extraordinary poetry of his works.
