The artist stops the story, the story becomes art
Twenty five years after its fall, the Berlin Wall is now the largest collective work of art in the world, Paolo Balboni witness with his shots in the exhibition "Die Mauer"
Peace, love, fear, hatred, war and salvation: there is all this, and not only in the fifty photographs that Paolo Balboni took the Berlin Wall between 2008 and 2015, and that will be on display at the Royal Hotel Carlton Bologna by January 23, at Art city white night, for Art fair 2015.
The so-called East Side Gallery in Berlin is a stretch of the wall over a kilometer, entirely painted by over 100 artists, now considered a protected monument, a symbol of freedom.
