SPECIAL PROJECT 1 - OZZEHG AND THE CASTLE OF LIGHT

"Ozzehg and Castle Clare", is the project of photographer Paolo Balboni starring a special model; the subject, a real "giantess", while recalling the formal excesses of Botero, is treated gracefully avoiding, as written by Lucio Scardino, the easy flattery "hypertrophic" suggested by the iconography of the Colombian painter. The chatelaine of the tales of the Brothers Grimm here becomes the "tobacconist" Fellini's Amarcord through a dusty "soft focus" that
the enveloping gently, softening the harshness of the situation. the natural light that filters through the windows of the old castle and that seems to write, how about an old canvas, shadows and signs before invisible, becomes the intangible essence that turns whimsical gestures of very shapely girl in something that, despite the unpleasantness of fees aesthetic out of scale, it attracts the eye. The exhibition, organized in 2014 and exhibited in different locations and important Italian and foreign, will be visible in SetUp Contemporary Art Fair 2016 Jan 29 to 31 - bus station of Bologna.
