My paintings aim to articulate the concept of United People. The United People movement motivates all people to recognize how important it is to be in one family. Everyone is welcome to join. The goal of my art project is to give foundation for this movement.
On the pictures human or animal figures transfer the message of United People (UP).
They sometimes may be suspicious for the viewer to be standing on the bad side, of being even terrorists. After a deeper analysation the viewer can come to a recognition that the figures may also be good. The incognito of dalmatian dots and being hidden behind masks serve that viewers are not able to judge this figures based on their appearance.
The lonely figures on the pictures reflect the fact that though initiations similiar to UP are present in the society, they remain fragmented. On the picture titled ’The welder’ the lonely figure does his occupation with the highest concentration and passion. Even violence appears on ’Explosion’ where people seem to become victims – in fact the aim is to rise people up from passivity.
The news determinate our thoughts about wars and conflicts today. The dalmatian girl created a new source, a daily paper of her own. The attributes of United People look scary. For instance the drone is an important participant of wars - so what is on bad or good side is still a question.
I use the medium of painting as a weapon to initiate a better world. From my perspective things seem to be upside down. That’s why I present these phenomena of our age from a different approach otherwise people won’t cooperate.
