I live and work in Pascani, a little town in NE of Romania
I was born in Romania in 1958, in a rural area. I spent my childhood there and I soon found a particular joy to express myself in colors ... Later, in 1977, I graduated from the College of Art - Iasi, and I began to paint using a variety of materials, methods, styles and influences, trying to find my way of expressing the world. Here's how I found a speck of dynamic expression in my soul, and I began to tell stories on canvas, mixing elements of folklore with a touch of medieval flavor. Sometimes the background would be blurred with abstract compositions that suggest a strange atmosphere, somewhat surreal but fantastic. My world captures the viewer in an array of daydreams.
