Biografia
In my head there are different questions that always haunt me and - I think - one can see these reflected in my work. I try to approach these mental images from an unconscious process or procedure, getting them from the place where they originated.
The themes that move my thinking are:
Physical presence. I know that I exist because I have a body.
Fragility or innocence. There is an intimate and indissoluble correlation between innocence and universality. Only a man with an innocent heart could occupy the universe.
I believe in the idea of flatness, dematerialization, in some kind of knot or place where space, time and look come together. Stay outside or inside. The need to be or not to be at the same time, to belong to lightness, to turn infinitely small, to watch the world upside down. These are some of the elements I have crowded memories of and that I try to order through images.
