Biography
Andrea Pertegato was born in 1985 in Padua. After his diploma at the Art Institute Pietro Selvatico, he graduated in set design and cinematography at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice. Furthermore, he got , the ACT Multimedia’s certificate in Cinecittà in Rome, direction course of study. In his activity Andrea Pertegato creates stage designs, collaborates in the making of movies and tv series, makes videoclip and short films playing an important role as a director, art director, set designer, photographer and storyboarder. Thanks to his job and his works he becomes an expert on 3D and 2D graphic programs, editing programs, 3D modelling, and on creations with the use of tablets and mattepainting. Working that way he develops Digital Art’s projects, mixed styles of painting and video art. He loves working with light and the emotional transformation which is able to arouse, enhancing or destroying a certain material, or changing the faces with shamanistic expressiveness. The key of his work is about the interiority and the triumphs of entities in incessant transformation.
