Artegiro is about contemporary international art. It is a nomadic and itinerant concept.Artegiro is an organization representing a group of international artists in Europe, questioning boundaries and politics of confinement of art or the elitist use of it, beyond mainstream and institutional exhibiting agendas. A.offers to European audiences the opportunity to get to know exciting prominent as well as emerging visual, conceptual and musical international artists, especially from Australia beyond the traditional spaces of galleries and music venues. A. proposes to bring international artists and Australian art to the European public with a fresh and non discriminating look, away from orientalising and exoticising aesthetics. A.devolves a percentage of its earnings towards the AILAE projects
