Biography
I am a brazilian contemporary artist and i love art as a process that each day enriches my career as an artist. i work mainly with the written word and my voice using many different supports. I have done some unique video art works and i recently won a National art contest in Brazil where i received the 2nd prize!!! My recent art work is influenced by On Kawara´s art works related to time! I created an International FM Radio Station called WWW.aquarius.com.br where i interact with people all over the world osing the chat rooms!! But as i talk to them it looks like i am soccer reporter using my speech very fast and with many different intonations but by the end of each sentence i am always saying the local time (hour:minutes:seconds) and i also speak in Portuguese and fluent english!!! it has been a very unique experience and i am focusing the work on TIME it self and the Virtual Communication! Out of this work i intend to make books since i am recording and savind every written cconversation which i use on this at worK.This is a work in procees piece of art and it also envolves performance and video art which is part of the whole project!Up to know i have about46 different audience
