Biography

Is currently Chief Curator of the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts; Taiwan.
Educated in Taiwan and in the USA, Tseng was initiated into fields of Classical Chinese Literature (B. A., National Sun Yat Sen University), Cultural Anthropology and Multi-cultural Eudcation (M. Ed in IDEP (International Development Education Program), Administrative and Policies Studies, University of Pittsburgh). Her research interests include critical theories, gender studies, cross-cultural & inter-disciplinary studies, public arts, art managements & cultural policies. She has been credited with dozens of local and international exhibitions held in art institutes in Asia, America, Europe. Among contemporary projects featuring Taiwanese artists with variety themes and media and foreign ones such as Rodin, Cobra Movement, Zadkin, Alphonse Mucha, Andy Warhol, Josef Albers and collections from many leading art institutes around the world.
