Biography
I am the watercolorist artist from Russia, Pavel Pugachev.I am a member of IWS international watercolor society!I am live in Volgograd and I have my own gallery of Pavel Pugachev and I teach there to my students.Earlier, I taught at the Institute of Art Education in Volgograd, but today I'm a free happy artist. I have many students and fans of my work and recently, I had a joint exhibition of watercolor painting with my students. I travel a lot around the world and spend the plein air in the nature to all those who like watercolor painting. I have been working in watercolors since my birth, more than 30 years, I tried to work in other forms of creativity, but my watercolor is my path and destiny.
