Biography
Fabiola Barna was born in Pesaro, and currently lives and works in Siena.
I felt the need to work with matter, with its depth, with its structure, recovering the richness and mellow at the same time, rediscovering the power of color.
Passing reflections of gold, silver and copper, the brilliant darkness of black and blue, to reach the strength of mottled red.
The quality colors and materials continue to suggest to work on contrasts of color, creating patterns and rhythms alternating with geometric monochrome surfaces.
Given the wealth of material, whether the mere juxtaposition of plain backgrounds of different colors can produce effects of great visual impact.
