Biography

Study journeys throughout Europe and the United States and, most importantly, to China were fundamental to her artistic experience in elaborating an abstract language in which seriality and bi-dimensionality are combined in a visual perspective with the rhythmic flow of images from oriental art.

In fact, Claudio Strinati writes ..Her insistent return to similar images is the clearest demonstration of her intent (…) to construct a harmonic whole (…) where the extreme force of the images is absorbed by the apparent uniformity of an ancestral world, where the principle of the luminous halo becomes a factor in the construction of the form.

With Gino Marotta she created large decorative mural works, monumental sculptures and, among others, the decoration of the Convention Centre in Bergamo.

Involved since 1989 in exhibitions in Italy and abroad, her works were included in the Arts and Culture Program 1991 – 1992 of the Latium Region, at Expò in Seville, in the Experimental Contemporary Art Museum of L’Aquila and in the Alitalia and Art exhibitions.
