Biography
Maria Lucia Castro hidden at the foot of Etna August 28, 1960 , into a family of artists, artisans , goldsmiths and jewelers for generations.
I moved to Livorno in 1963. From an early age I fell in love art, so the beginning of my artistic career very young, attending painting classes at the famous Masters , Gio De Batte , Gino Del Corona , March Pilcher , in addition to attending the Art Academy in Livorno and Trossi Uberti the Art Institute Franco Russoli in Pisa , I express myself through art, especially with my sculptures ranging from raku creations , copper , cement, glass art and much more.
Over the years working as a photographer and as an advertising designer , as well as having many experiences in the arts , which lead me to the opening in 1989 of an activity for the production and sale of artistic products designed and made by me , honing with years, my ability to create glass objects , with the current company Punto glass Cenaia (PI)
From about 36 years dealing with aid to a person and as a professional and as a volunteer , using art as a primary means of support , experience that leads her to specialize in Art Therapy Art Therapy Plastic Pictorial Psychomotor to address , according to the "Method Anne Denner " De Ajuriaguerra , at the school CRETE Florence .
