Biography
Drawing and painting since very small. I realized formal studies and then workshops with teachers from Argentina (Raul Ponce, J. Luque, R. Manili, F O'Connor). In addition to plastic I am a psychotherapist and I specialize in treating couples. That is why my paintings are based on photographs of people- many times couples- in black and white. I'm interested in the expression of the faces and even the body: gestures, movements, glances. Work neatly demarcating the different zones of light, so that figure take a volume like a collage or a stained glass window. Working with acrylic paint and with great freedom of color. The expression figure gesture directed me to the color, much more than the tones indicating the supposed reality. I am now working on a realism with contributions from "pop art" evolving. I care that my figures suggest a message, a climate, sometimes a story or dialogue. And the viewer complete, the decrypted or re-create. I believe in the artist as in the Renaissance: an intense work dedicated to his work.
