Biography
Lily Evplova was born in 1983 in Ulyanovsk, Russia. She studied at the School of Arts, Ulyanovsk Art College & lately entered Ulyanovsk State University, where got a Master degree of Architectural Design. At present time Lily does works in interior design & painting.
