Biography
MARTA GABRIELE (Palermo 1983).
After her bachelor's degree in Arts, Music and Entertainment (DAMS), with a specialization in Contemporary Art, she obtained a Master's Degree in Visual Arts with honors from the University of Bologna. She won a scholarship to the Erasmus project in 2005/2006 and she studied at the University of Santiago de Compostela.
In 2010 she completed an internship at the Education Department of the Gallery of Modern Art of Bologna (MAMbo).Currently she is studying for a PhD in Archaeology and Art History at the University of Bologna.
Since 2011 she has worked as part the editorial staff of a web magazine Psicoart, published by the Department of Visual Arts at the University of Bologna, in collaboration with the International Association for Art and Psychology.
She collaborates with the project SpazioBlue, directed by an independent curator Simona Gavioli, in the study of new trends in contemporary art. She participated in the realization of the Award Premio Zingarelli – Rocca delle Macìe 2012, she writes for the new online magazine of information and culture Mywhere
