Biography
Patricia Gouvea was born in 1973 in Rio de Janeiro, where she lives and works. She graduated from ECO / UFRJ, is Specialist in Photography and Social Sciences (UCAM) and Master in Communication Technology and Aesthetics of the Image (ECO / UFRJ). Her research focuses on the concept of time in contemporary images, making use of photography and video and their possible interfaces.
