Biography
Yiqian Zhang is an multi-media artist currently residing in Shanghai, China. Yiqian received her Master of Fine Arts degree from School of the Art Institute in Chicago and finished several artist in residencies in Norway, Austria,Germany and Ireland. Her works merge the disciplines of drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, installation and performance. Her most recent work focus on large-scale prints and drawings that explore the relationship amid history,memory, and culture identities.
